Spreadex Revamp Website to tie in with 10th Birthday Celebrations
October 6, 2009Andy No Comments »Spread betting experts Spreadex have unveiled a whole new look to tie in with the firm’s 10th birthday anniversary.
The St Albans-based company has revamped its website to include distinctive sports and financial homepages, which include a raft of new features and improvements.
Sports clients now have upgraded ‘in-running’ betting features including live score updates, a dedicated horse racing menu and a new Quick Links facility taking users to their chosen markets via just one click.
Financial customers meanwhile now have charting facilities to aid their trading as well as faster access to the markets and live pricing streams ensuring they are always up to date with the latest market fluctuations.
Spread widths, margin rates and minimum stake sizes have been slashed on some of the most popular financial markets and the firm is also running a promotion for the launch offering up to £400 in complimentary bets to new accounts.
Spokesman Andy MacKenzie said: ‘We have been talking with our customers for some time on ways we can help enhance their spread betting experience and we’re delighted with the present we’re giving them to tie in with our 10th birthday.’
‘The strong message from sports customers was that they love the in-play buzz offered by spread betting so we’ve improved our in-running service on the site and made it much easier for users to get straight to the action.’
‘On the financial side, we’re retaining our renowned account management and phone service, but have vastly enhanced the platform for online investors who like live pricing and charting to aid their trading.’
‘We believe the new look brings Spreadex bang up to date but doesn’t compromise any of the elements that have proved popular with our clients over the past decade.’
‘Spreadex’s website relaunch follows the firm being voted Best Online Sports Betting firm and Best Online Spread Betting firm at the 2009 MoneyAM Finance Awards and being named as runner-up behind Ladbrokes as Online Betting Company of the Year at the 2009 BetView Awards.’
The firm has also just been nominated in three categories for the Shares Awards 2009 in Best Active Trading Tools, Best Spread Betting Service and Best Online Trading Platform. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 17.
Spreadex Ltd is a financial and sports spread betting firm, which specialises in the personal service and credit area. Editor’s note: Spreadex Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. It may not be suitable for everyone, so please ensure you fully understand the risks involved.
A well done to Spreadex on a badly needed revamp. Now with a full charting suite, improved menu navigation and hot lists of key live prices on their homepage. The spreads and margin margin requirements on some of their most popular markets have also been improved and the minimum stake size is now £1. Long gone are the days when you used to have to call a dealer to place a spread bet. Online trading platforms are becoming increasingly sophisticated with spread betting providers having a lead on conventional UK inhouse traditional brokers.
