Capital Spreads Revenue Increases on Prior Year

London Capital Group Holdings plc, the financial services and online spread betting company behind Capital Spreads released an RNS announcement yesterday stating that key performance indicators for the first quarter remained positive.

‘The Board says that key performance indicators for the first quarter remain positive. Furthermore, revenue has increased over the same period last year, and while there is little predictability of future earnings, the Board remains confident for the future.’

At the same time the Group has appointed Simon Denham as the new Chief Executive. He replaces Frank Chapman who will remain on the Board as a non-executive director.

Other appointments include: Rachel Woodford the former Chief Operating Officer becomes the new Group Director of Strategy and Marketing; Amanda Shields and Siobhan Moynihan join the board as Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director respectively.
